CAN YOU HELP US?
Please take some time and fill out the Disciple Maker Index (DMI) survey, which is offered every three years during Lent. This survey is a valuable opportunity for parishes to better understand parishioner engagement and strengthen parish life. The DMI will be available Wednesday, February 18 through Sunday, March 29, and will not be offered again for several years. This is the only window during which you, as parishioners, can take the survey. These results can help us navigate this important moment in Chicagoówith Pope Leoís connection to our diocese, a younger parish demographic, and growing spiritual hunger amid community challenges.
Our parishís link to take the survey can be found here: https://portal.catholicleaders.org/ dmi/survey/p3p4d8 or look for paper copies near the entrances to church.
