Altar Servers

Altar servers assist the priest and deacon during mass. Fourth grade through high school students from the parish school and religious education program are trained to serve for Sunday masses and special masses, which includes funerals, and weddings. Teams of servers (usually three) are assigned to scheduled Sunday liturgies.  

Eucharistic Ministers

Eucharistic Ministers assist the priest to distribute the Eucharist during mass. They have  gone through training that focuses on the theology of the Eucharist and the Word of God, as well as the history of the mass, liturgical language, and the gifts at mass. 

Proclaimers

Many individuals participate in the ministry of proclaiming the Scripture readings at Masses throughout the week and on weekends. They take on the commitment to prepare and practice as well as remain faithful in their service to the parish.
